I quit playing WoW

As hard as that was for me, I had to quit to take care of real life issues and money, etc etc. Visin (Rogue) was left abandoned on Aerie-Peak (US) and hasn’t been played until yesterday. Yeah I know, this is what it means. I am back in the game!

World of Warcraft has been one of my favorite games ever played, and I just can’t get away from it for even a few months. So as you may expect, there will be a lot more posts made, a lot more strategies and a lot more information to be thrown around, and MAYBE I will get back into this posting thing and learn how to type again!

Finally today is dawned upon the world. What is that you say? 3.2 Patch Change has happened throughout the world and some people are angry and some love the world, mostly other classes (like I talked about on Orc and Gnome about my Mage) besides Rogues, because once again, we got the short end of the stick…

Back when World of Warcraft was vanilla and only the strongest survived and epic’s were hard to come by, the Rogues ruled the lands…Countless nerfs later we are here today only to see these mediocre changes happening to our Rogues. Sure we do get a few little things such as Rogues can use Axes now, but who really cares? I will always use my Daggers and Swords.

After much quiet contemplation, rogues now possess the ability to learn how to use one-handed axes.

Of course it was quiet comtemplation, because we would have warned you against that wise decision. Give us fireballs or cannons for arms, I DONT CARE but change something so we will enjoy our class again, seriously Blizzard.

Oh yeah, we also got our Shadow Dance cooldown reduced to one minute but it only lasts 6 seconds now instead of 10, meh. There isnt anything I can say about this, I am happy and sad about this one but yeah this happened.

Shadow Dance: Cooldown reduced to 1 minute. Now lasts 6 seconds, down from 10 seconds.

With all the stupid Rogue changes or the lack of, we can finally ponder over some of the new additions to World of Warcraft like this nifty little feature that allows us to trade soulbound items inside a Dungeon which will help so much if someone accidentally loots something that they shouldn’t have, here is the officially wording.

New Dungeon Loot Feature

• Players will now be able to trade soulbound items with other raid or group members that were eligible for the loot. This system will work like the Item Buy Back system and allow 2 hours for players to trade an item after it has been looted. Players who choose to enchant or add gems to the item will get one last confirmation before losing the ability to trade the item.

As you can see, I did not lie, and obviously this will give people the change to get their epics back and stop whining for good. What will Blizzard think of next? Faster ticket times when we need a GM? Heresy I say.

Hold on to your mount because 3. is out today! Thats right, April the 14th WoW 3.1 went live! Wooot! Now what does that mean for you? Well it could mean a few things but that would take forever to go into detail about each class so I think I will touch on what will be happening for EVERYONE since 3.1 is out. Let us recap what is here now!

WTF My Mount Can Swim?! Did anyone else see that?

Yes, that is a common thought, you are not high and others can do this too as of 3.1. Congratulations!

Now in instances: There are interactive maps!

Since 3.1 was released, you can now see where you are inside the instance on the map. This means that you will be able to get through instances even if you are lost, no more excuses! (Currently only supports Wrath maps)

Lots of random class alterations.

There are lots and lots of class details that it would be pointless for me to mention but check them out on MMO Champion right here.

Dual Talent Specs!

Yes, having two talent builds are cool, so take advantage of them now. Paladins, feel free to make a Holy/Prot Dual Spec, never need a tank or a healer again! Too bad Rogue’s will not feel any love from this besides PvP/PvE, but check out Rogue Talent Builds anyways.

Who is this player?

No one popular (I don’t think), and his name is Visin! Yep, that is it, it is me, I always have been a Combat Rogue fanatic and now my views are starting to change for raiding because I have done SO well with this WotLK Raid Mutilate build. So Arena ratings have always been very huge to anyone on World of Warcraft because lets face it, we like epics and lots of them, and even more importantly, good epics. As of tonight I started compiling all Battlegroup servers and listing them up top on Azeroth Now on the “Battlegroup” page, this will also include detailed realm information later on when I have time.

Most twinks are normally too busy to have anything to do with you and it is hard to get an interview set up with them, believe me I know. The story seems to be very in depth on how 19 Twinks work so it is a good read. The 19 Rogue twink story started off with;

“What makes a 19 Rogue twink these days since Wrath of the Lich King came out?”

Massashake comes off to tell the interviewer that is up to skill and that it is not all about your gear but never the less the gear can make up for a good part of your twink but always stay sharp and be on the edge.

The above numbers are the numbers you will be using if you are considering this new build. I know I am not the creator of a Rogue’s class and I am certainly not Parry! Dodge! Spin! but I have had a Rogue ever since I can remember…

A little tip in using this build is to make sure you are in a group that will be critting decently and that your gear is decently geared toward hit rating. The build is using Precision, Hemorage and Swords. Just make sure you keep up your Combo Points and spam Eviscerate and watch your threat meter with this one because it may be hard for some to master, and harder for most to perfect.
